In the Name of God Amen I Benjamin Stewart of County of Southampton & State of 
Virginia being in sound mind & memory body do make & ordain this my last will 
& testament in manner & form following 

First: I lend to my loving wife Lyddia Stewart the use of all my estate both real & personal 
her life after her death I give my plantation to to him and 
his heirs forever

Secondly: It is also my will and desire that after the death of my wife that all my estate of 
what kind soever/ land excepted/ be equally divided between all my Children 
then living in my grandson Charles Stewart

Lastly: I constitute an appoint my wife Lidia Stewart and my friend Robert Goodwyn 
Executor to this last will and testament but the same time revoking & making 
nul and void all former will & wills by me made In Witness whereof I have 
hereunto Set my hand and seal this 5th day of March 1794

June 1795  This Will was prov'd by the oaths of Robert Goodwyn
